SlabVault collects only what’s necessary to scan PSA slabs, verify card details, and show market value. We do not sell your data, track you across apps, or run ads.

SlabVault (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use the SlabVault mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using SlabVault, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use SlabVault, you may provide:

  • Email address (for account creation and authentication)

  • Contact information (if you reach out for support)

  • User-entered values such as card prices or notes

Automatically Collected Information

SlabVault may automatically collect:

  • Device information (device type, operating system version)

  • App usage data (feature usage, scan counts)

  • Diagnostic and crash data

This data is used solely to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

Card & Scan Data

When you scan a PSA slab:

  • PSA certification numbers are processed to retrieve official PSA data

  • Card details (title, grade, set, number, images) are stored locally and/or associated with your account

  • Uploaded photos are processed for scanning and are not shared publicly

Third-Party Data Sources

SlabVault retrieves publicly available data from third-party services to provide value insights, including:

  • PSA public information

  • eBay marketplace listings

  • GameStop trade-in estimates

  • Other public pricing sources

SlabVault does not control the privacy practices of third-party services.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain core app functionality

  • Verify PSA slab details

  • Display market value and pricing insights

  • Enable collection management features

  • Improve app accuracy, performance, and usability

  • Communicate important service-related updates

What We Do NOT Do

SlabVault does not:

  • Sell your personal data

  • Share personal information for advertising purposes

  • Track you across other apps or websites

  • Use your data for targeted advertising

Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information using:

  • Secure authentication services

  • Encrypted data transmission

  • Restricted access to stored data

While no system is completely secure, we continuously work to protect your data.

Subscriptions & Payments

SlabVault Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store.
SlabVault does not store or have access to your payment information.

Your Choices & Rights

You may:

  • Access or update your account information

  • Delete cards or collections at any time

  • Request account deletion by contacting support

Upon account deletion, associated user data will be removed in accordance with applicable laws.

Children’s Privacy

SlabVault is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
